My brand design process


After you have filled out a booking enquiry form, I will be in touch for us to arrange an introductory call where I can find out more about you; your business and what you're looking to achieve. This is also the perfect time for you to ask me any questions you have about what to expect. After this call, I will send you over my contract to sign and an invoice for a 25% deposit (the remaining amount will be payable upon completion.)


Once the deposit invoice has been paid, I will send you over a research document for you to complete to give me a more thorough idea of how you envisage your completed brand. This will include information about your ideal customer, the purpose of your website as well as any images, content or design that you have been inspired by. It is beneficial, but not essential, if you are also able to provide the copy for the site at this point.


After receiving your ideas and vision for your brand, I will create a mood board detailing elements that I think will work well for your brand. If you are happy with the direction I am heading, I will get creating and selecting the various elements of your brand - colour palette, logo design(s), submark(s), typography, pattern(s). One I have completed the initial concepts, I will send this across to you for your approval. This process can go back and forth until you are completely happy with the final result. Once complete, I will send you all the files suitable for web and print as well as your brand guideline document.
