Due to the digital nature of this product, I do not offer refunds on any template purchased, after I have transferred ownership of the site across to the email address provided.

Within 48 hours of having made your template purchase, you will receive an email from Wix asking you to accept the transfer of ownership of your new site. Once you have accepted this, you will be taken to Wix where you will create an account. Once you have logged on you will be taken straight to your template dashboard and can start editing your new site. Please make sure to check your junk folder if you don't receive the email within this time.

After you have purchased your template, you will receive an email from me with details of how to access the Template Training Hub. Here you will find a huge range of training videos and helpful articles to make it as easy as possible to create your new website.
